采用微波消解法处理样品,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对茶树上槲寄生中18种微量元素进行分析.对样品前处理方法进行了研究,从消解体系、酸用量、消解程序等方面对微波消解条件进行了优化.结果表明:在优化实验条件下,方法检出限为0.033 63~26.59μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.54%~7.57%,加标回收率为90.17%~109.7%.该方法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确度好和同时测定多种元素等优点.

The 18 kinds of trace elements in the viscum of tea digested by microwave are detected by inductive coupled plasma mass spectrum(ICP-MS).The microwave digestion condition is optimized from digestion system,proportion of acids and digestion procedure.The results show that the method of detection limit is in the range of 0.033 63~26.59 ug/L,with the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6) of 1.54%~7.57%,and the recoveries are 90.17%~109.7% under the optimization experiment condition.The method is simple rapid,with high sensitivity and reliable.
