本文针对目前我国英语教学的现状,以后现代主义教育观为理论基础,探讨一种新的英语教学模式——多元英语教学模式。这种教学模式强调多元化、人性化的教育目的,主张灵活开放的英语课程体系,丰富而立体的教学资源,灵活多样的教学方法,平等互助的师生关系以及生态化、人文化的教学评价观,因而为英语教学走出传统教学模式的改革提供了借鉴。

In view of the drawbacks of the present English teaching in our country, this paper, based on the theories of post-modernistic education, proposes a new teaching model-a diversified English teaching model. In this model, the teaching purpose, teaching method, teaching material, teaching appraisal and the role of English teacher are all diversified in order to meet the different developments of individuals.
