应用CAN总线技术开发的发动机台架自动测控系统,简化了系统结构,有效提高了测试水平和效率。系统主要由控制节点、数据采集节点和PC节点组成。数据采集节点采集系统的控制参数,并将采集到的参数分别传送到PC节点用于显示测试进程,传送到控制节点用于控制。实际运行显示系统工作稳定、控制实时性好、数据传输可靠。
應用CAN總線技術開髮的髮動機檯架自動測控繫統,簡化瞭繫統結構,有效提高瞭測試水平和效率。繫統主要由控製節點、數據採集節點和PC節點組成。數據採集節點採集繫統的控製參數,併將採集到的參數分彆傳送到PC節點用于顯示測試進程,傳送到控製節點用于控製。實際運行顯示繫統工作穩定、控製實時性好、數據傳輸可靠。

Automatic measurement and control system of engine test-bed has been developed based on CAN BUS . The system structure has been decreased, the productivity has been increased, and the testing level has been improved greatly. The system is mainly composed of data collection node, control node and PC node. The data collection nod is responsible for sampling the control parameters. The data are sent to PC node for display and to the control node for control. The running results show that the system is reliable in data transfer and accuracy control.
