本试旨在研究提取石榴中抗氧化成份。以石榴皮作为原料。95%的乙醇作为溶剂,采用微波辅助提取石榴皮中的抗氧化成分.以产率为评价指标.考察了微波功率(160W、320W、480W、640W)、微波处理时间(40s、608、80s、100s)和料液比(1:5、1:7、1:9、h11)对产率的影响;在单因素考察基础上,进行正交实验设计:微波功率(320W、480W、640W)、微波处理时间(408、60s、80S)和料液比(1:7、1:9、1:11),结果表明:乙醇浓度95%、微波功率640W、微波处理时间60s、料液比1:11为最优工艺条件。结果提示。用微波辅助提取石榴皮中抗氧化活性物质是较好的方法。

The study was conducted to investigate about the extraction of antioxidant active substance from pomegranate peel. In this research we used raw pomegranate peel, 95% ethyl alcohol as the solvent, use the microwave assistance method extraction the antioxidant ingredient of pomegranate peel, take the production rate as the appraisal target, inspected the microwave power (160W, 320W, 480W, 640W), the microwave process time (40s, 60s, 80s, 100s) and the ratio of solid to liquid (1:5, 1:7, 1:9, 1:11) to the production rate of extraction; after the single factor inspection foundation, carried on the orthogonal experiment: The microwave power ( 320W, 480W, 640W), the microwave process time (40s, 60s, 80s) and the ratio of solid to liquid (1:7, 1:9, 1:11), The result showed as follows :ethyl alcohol density 95%, microwave power 640W, microwave process time 60s, the ratio of solid to liquid 1:11 are the most superior extract technological conditions. The result indicated that the microwave-assisted extraction antioxidant ingredients from pomegranate peel is a good method.
