切削力是高速切削加工过程中的一个重要的因素。本文采用sialon陶瓷刀具对镍基合金Inconel718进行了高速车削试验。研究了不同切削速度下切削力、刀具磨损和表面粗糙度相互关系。通过切屑的宏观形态计算得到定量的切削变形系数、剪切角、剪应变,直观分析考察了Sialon陶瓷刀具加工镍基合金时变切削力与形系数及剪切角大小随速度变化的规律。
切削力是高速切削加工過程中的一箇重要的因素。本文採用sialon陶瓷刀具對鎳基閤金Inconel718進行瞭高速車削試驗。研究瞭不同切削速度下切削力、刀具磨損和錶麵粗糙度相互關繫。通過切屑的宏觀形態計算得到定量的切削變形繫數、剪切角、剪應變,直觀分析攷察瞭Sialon陶瓷刀具加工鎳基閤金時變切削力與形繫數及剪切角大小隨速度變化的規律。

Chip is one of the important factors in high--speed cutting. In this paper,Sialon ceramic tool was used in turning of Ineone1718. The interactions of the cutting force, tool wear and surface roughness were analyzed at different cutting speeds. The deformation coefficient, shear angle, shear strain were calculated by the analysis of the macro chip formation. Rules of variation of the cutting force and deformation coefficient, shear angle, at different cutting speeds were investigated in high-- speed turning of Inconel 718.
