利用SimMechanics的CAD转换器,将在Solidworks中建模的送料机械手CAD三维模型转换为SimMe-chanics动力学模型。将此模型与Simulink建模的伺服驱动模型进行结合,从而进行跨领域的联合仿真。并将仿真结果与纯粹采用Simulink建模的仿真结果予以对比,说明了联合仿真可以更逼真地反映机械结构对伺服系统的负载特性的影响,有利于检验不同领域系统是否匹配。
利用SimMechanics的CAD轉換器,將在Solidworks中建模的送料機械手CAD三維模型轉換為SimMe-chanics動力學模型。將此模型與Simulink建模的伺服驅動模型進行結閤,從而進行跨領域的聯閤倣真。併將倣真結果與純粹採用Simulink建模的倣真結果予以對比,說明瞭聯閤倣真可以更逼真地反映機械結構對伺服繫統的負載特性的影響,有利于檢驗不同領域繫統是否匹配。

By SimMechanics CAD model converter,feeding manipulator modeled in Solidworks is converted to the dynamics model in SimMechanics.Then the model is combined with servo system model,and the co-simulation which is cross over multiple discipline is done.The result of co-simulation is compared with the result which is get by pure simulink simulation,so it is concluded that co-simulation can simulate the load effect of mechanical structure on servo system much better than others,which is good for testing compatibility between different system.
