对牦牛血液中血红蛋白的碱性蛋白酶水解制取工艺进行了研究,采用L9(3^4)正交实验确定了最佳酶解条件,实验结果表明:加酶量5%、酶解pH 8、酶解温度55℃、酶解6h,100mL牦牛血细胞可得血红蛋白粉32.17g。
對牦牛血液中血紅蛋白的堿性蛋白酶水解製取工藝進行瞭研究,採用L9(3^4)正交實驗確定瞭最佳酶解條件,實驗結果錶明:加酶量5%、酶解pH 8、酶解溫度55℃、酶解6h,100mL牦牛血細胞可得血紅蛋白粉32.17g。

Extracting hemoglobin from yak blood with alcalase was studied in this paper.It was used L9(3^4) orthogonal experiment to definite the optimum conditions of enzymolysis hemoglobin,the experimental results showed:the enzyme quantity is 5%,enzyme solution pH is 8,enzyme solution temperature is 55℃ and time is 6h,100ml cells of yak blood can be extracted hemoglobin of 32.17 g.
