采用液相合成出2-(1-((2-胺基苯基)亚胺基)乙基)-5-甲氧基苯酚,通过IR,H1-NMR表征其结构,进一步合成其5种金属配合物(M=Cu^2+,Mn^2+,Ni^2+,Zn^2+,CO^2+),大肠杆菌的生物活性实验表明:配体与锰形成的配合物对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性比配体强.
採用液相閤成齣2-(1-((2-胺基苯基)亞胺基)乙基)-5-甲氧基苯酚,通過IR,H1-NMR錶徵其結構,進一步閤成其5種金屬配閤物(M=Cu^2+,Mn^2+,Ni^2+,Zn^2+,CO^2+),大腸桿菌的生物活性實驗錶明:配體與錳形成的配閤物對大腸桿菌的抑菌活性比配體彊.

2 - ( 1 - ( ( 2 - aminophenyl ) imino ) ethyl ) - 5 - methoxyphenol was synthesized in absolute ethanol and its stnlcture was characterized by IR and H1 - NMR. It was followed by synthesizing its complexes with the metals (M = Cu^2+, Mn^2+ , Ni^2+ ,Zn^2+,Co^2+ ). Based on the investigation of the antibacterial activities of the compound and its complexes, it was proved that the complexes of Mn^2+ displayed stronger antibacterial activity to Escherichia coli than the compound.
