针对层燃锅炉普遍存在煤源杂、煤质变化大、脱硫效率较低等问题,设计了一套可对层燃炉煤燃烧特性和复杂环境下脱硫效率进行研究的综合实验系统,介绍了该系统设备组成、工作原理及数据分析方法,考察了引风量改变时炉膛温度和烟气量的变化范围以及循环冷却系统对烟气温度的控制性能,结果表明本系统达到设计目的,并为运行控制提供了依据。
針對層燃鍋爐普遍存在煤源雜、煤質變化大、脫硫效率較低等問題,設計瞭一套可對層燃爐煤燃燒特性和複雜環境下脫硫效率進行研究的綜閤實驗繫統,介紹瞭該繫統設備組成、工作原理及數據分析方法,攷察瞭引風量改變時爐膛溫度和煙氣量的變化範圍以及循環冷卻繫統對煙氣溫度的控製性能,結果錶明本繫統達到設計目的,併為運行控製提供瞭依據。

Based on the problems such as complicated coal resources, big change of coal property and lower desulphurization efficiency, etc., the system composition, equipment structure, work principle and data analysis methods of one integrated experiment system were designed in order to research coal combustion characteristics in stoker-fired boiler and desulphurization in complex environment. The variation range of furnace temperature and flue gas volume and temperature control performance of circulation cooling system were investigated in different baffle openings, results show that the design purpose is realized and collected data are helpful to following experimental operation.
