应用光栅方程测量光波波长,若入射光不垂直光栅平面入射而引入误差,导出了斜射的角度与误差的定量关系,从而对实验测量数据的取舍提供了理论依据.
應用光柵方程測量光波波長,若入射光不垂直光柵平麵入射而引入誤差,導齣瞭斜射的角度與誤差的定量關繫,從而對實驗測量數據的取捨提供瞭理論依據.

In the experiment of grating diffraction, the deviation will be induced if the incident light is not vertical to the grating plane. The quantitative relation of the error and incident angle was discussed as applying the grating equation to calculate the wavelength. This investigation can provide theoretical basis for making choice of experimental data.
