提高舰载机雷达的可靠性水平,对整个舰队的安全至关重要。文中通过研究舰载机典型环境条件,分析了舰载机雷达较常规的机载雷达的不同点,并从可靠性工程设计方法、质量控制方法、环境试验和可靠性强化试验等4个方面,提出了提高舰载机雷达质量和可靠性的方法。实践表明,产品研制过程中对上述4个方面进行控制,可以有效提高舰载机雷达设备的可靠性。

It is very important to improve the reliability of the carrier-borne aircraft radar for the safety of the whole fleet.In this paper the typical environment of the carrier aircraft is studied,the differences between the carrier-borne aircraft radar and other airborne radars are analyzed and the methods of improving the quality and reliability of the carrier-borne aircraft radar are put forward from the reliability engineering design,the quality control,the environment test and the reliability enhancement test.Practice shows that these methods can improve the reliability of the carrier-borne aircraft radar.
