根据稠油热采井注蒸汽工艺流程,建立套管-水泥环-地层三维耦合模型;应用传热学理论中的导热理论与对流换热理论,推导出热采井封隔器以上水泥环温度分布关系式;利用三层圆筒壁稳态导热理论推导出封隔器以下水泥环温度分布关系式。实例分析结果表明,水泥环所受最高温度位置在封隔器以下,封隔器以下应选取导热系数较低的套管才能保证套管和水泥环的完整性。

According to steam injection process in heavy oil thermal production well,casing-cement-formation three-dimensional coupled model is established,then derive temperature distribution relationship of up and down cement sheath in packer's position with the theory of heat transfer and convective heat transfers,and steady-state heat conduction theory of three cylindrical walls respectively.Through the results of case study,the highest temperature locates below the packer,so the following should select a lower thermal conductivity casing to ensure the integrity of casing and cement.This study provides a theoretical basis for the casing design in the thermal production well and a theoretical support for experimental conservation conditions of the cement rock.
