网络化、信息化的不断发展给高校学报稿件管理工作提出了更高的要求。本文提出了一种基于C／S，B／S模式的稿件自动化管理系统的设计构想。该系统实现了编辑工作全流程的自动化、智能化、规范化管理，提高了稿件的时效性，提高了期刊的学术影响力。

The continuous development of network and information puts forward higher requirements for the manuscript management of university journals. In this paper, the design conception of an automatic manuscript management system based on C/S, B/S mode is put forward. This system realizes the automatic, intelligent and standardized management of full flow of editorial work, improves the timeliness of manuscripts, and enhances the academic influence of journals.
