本文从局部水域富营养化、水环境及水资源状况、湿地面积、生物多样性等方面阐述三峡工程运行引发的洞庭湖生态环境变化，分析由此产生的湖泊生态安全问题的特征及原因，并针对性的提出“加强外源污染控制、合理调配水资源、强化自然保护区的建设与管理、开展生态监测与研究”等综合性生态安全防范对策建议。
본문종국부수역부영양화、수배경급수자원상황、습지면적、생물다양성등방면천술삼협공정운행인발적동정호생태배경변화，분석유차산생적호박생태안전문제적특정급원인，병침대성적제출“가강외원오염공제、합리조배수자원、강화자연보호구적건설여관리、개전생태감측여연구”등종합성생태안전방범대책건의。
From the aspects of local waters rich status, wetland area, and biological diversity, the author nutrition, water environment and the water resources explained the run of Three Gorges Project has raised ecological environment changes in Dongting Lake, analyzed features and the causes of ecological security problem which cased, and proposed comprehensive ecological security prevention countermeasures and recommendations as ＂strengthening outside source pollution control, reasonable provisioning water resources, strengthening nature reserve of construction and management, and carrying out ecological monitoring and research ＂.
