根据两端一般支承边界条件的梁模型横向弯曲振动的模态函数,采用微分求积法得出系统的模拟方程,仿真分析管道内流体流速、压强、密度、管道外径等参数对悬跨管道极限跨长的影响.模拟结果表明:管道悬跨段的极限跨长随管道内流体流速和压强的增大而减小,随管道外径和输送流体密度的增大而增大.该方法对海底管跨的安全运行和可靠性分析评估具有参考价值.
根據兩耑一般支承邊界條件的樑模型橫嚮彎麯振動的模態函數,採用微分求積法得齣繫統的模擬方程,倣真分析管道內流體流速、壓彊、密度、管道外徑等參數對懸跨管道極限跨長的影響.模擬結果錶明:管道懸跨段的極限跨長隨管道內流體流速和壓彊的增大而減小,隨管道外徑和輸送流體密度的增大而增大.該方法對海底管跨的安全運行和可靠性分析評估具有參攷價值.

The effect of flowing velocity inside,the in-pipe pressure,the pipeline external diameter and the fluid density on the limited span of submarine pipelines was investigated based on the simulation equations of the system which was deduced from the supporting conditions of DQM by using the lateral bending vibration eigenfunction of beam model.The simulation results showed that the limited span of submarine pipeline was decreased with the increases of flowing velocity inside and the in-pipe pressure,but increased with the increases of the pipeline external diameter and the fluid density.The method proposed in this paper was valuable for safety operation and reliability analysis of submarine pipelines.
