基于内容的图像检索技术是当今研究的热点领域之一.为了克服全局颜色矩检索方法不包含颜色空间分布信息的不足以及传统多特征综合检索方法效率低的问题,提出一种快速有效的提取基于离散余弦变换的能量矩特征方法,并在此基础上描述了一种基于圆环颜色矩和能量矩的综合特征检索方法.实验结果表明：所提出的综合矩特征检索方法比传统的综合颜色和纹理特征的检索方法在查准率和运行效率上有了较大的提高,且对图像旋转、尺寸变化及噪声有较强的鲁棒性.

The image retrieval technique based on content becomes a hot research topic.In order to solve the problem of global color moments lacking the spatial distribution information of color and low retrieval efficiency of the traditional integrated features,the energy moment based on discrete cosine transform is presented as an efficient feature descriptor.Based on this,a new approach for image retrieval using combined annular color moments and energy moments features is proposed.The experimental results show that the accuracy and speed of the proposed image retrieval method based on annular color moments and energy moments features outperform those of the traditional integrated color-texture method,and also keep the characteristic of rotation and scaling invariance.
