兰新高速铁路第二双线路基长度占线路长度比例大,是迄今为止国内高等级铁路路基比例最大的铁路,途经地区多为戈壁地貌,路基多为碎石土。该线采用无砟轨道,对路基压实度控制和工后沉降要求十分严格,而目前铁路对此还没有专门的技术规范。以所采用的碎石土地基处理技术及其检测资料,对比分析了重锤夯实、冲击碾压和重型碾压三种方法的加固机理和处理效果。试验研究结果表明,戈壁碎石土地基采用三种方法处理均能满足设计要求,而综合比较,以重型碾压处理相对较好,可优先选用。

The second double-line roadbed accounts for a large proportion in Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway,which is the longest high-grade railway bed in China at present.There is almost Gobi desert along the line and the roadbed is almost gravel soil.This line adopts ballastless track,which has very strict requirement on compactness control and post-construction settlement.However,there is no special specification for railway at present.Based on the treatment technology of gravel soil foundation and the monitoring data,the effect of hammering compaction,impact rolling and heavy rolling are compared and their reinforcement mechanism are separately analyzed.The results show that these three methods can all satisfy design requirement for reinforcement of gravel soil foundation in Gobi area.But through comprehensive comparison,heavy rolling can achieve the best effect,which is preferred for treatment.
