近年来,高职高专院校师资培训形式日益多样化,但忽视了对培训效果的评估。文章分析了高职高专师资培训效果评估存在的问题,从科学分析培训需求、全面评价、方式多元化等方面着手,试图构建一种全新的培训效果评估体系,以期进一步提高高职高专院校师资培训效果。

In recent years,higher vocational colleges have increasingly diversified the forms of teacher training but ignored the assessment of training effectiveness.This paper from a scientific analysis of training needs,a comprehensive evaluation,methods diversification and other aspects analyzes the effects assessment problems of teacher training in higher vocational colleges,so as to build a new system of training effectiveness assessment,in order to enhance the effect of teacher training in higher vocational colleges.
