可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)是利用气体分子的吸收光谱技术,痕量大气中污染气体的成分及浓度的新方法.介绍了TDLAS系统的组成及原理,分析了气体检测中二次谐波信号的检测原理,建立了待测浓度气体的二次谐波信号与标准浓度的二次谐波信号之间的模型,并用实验验证了该模型的准确性.

Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) is make use of absorption spectroscopy of gas molecules, it is a new method of trace gas composition and the concentration of atmospheric pollution . Introduced the construct and principle of TDLAS system, analyzed the detection theory of second harmonic signal of gas, established of the mode/ between second harmonic signal of concentrations to be tested and the second harmonic signals of standard gas concentration, the model's accuracy proved to be highly by experiment.
