通过对高等农业院校健美操教学的现状进行分析,得出学生喜欢健美操而不喜欢上健美操课。因此,在健美操教学改革中,利用动感的健美操基本功练习、小群体学习法和形体健美意识含义等因素来改变课的组织形式,使学生能真正互动和参与到健美操教学中来。设置不同的评价等级制和重团队合作精神,使学生获得心理认同,从而提高教学质量。

Based on the analysis of the situation of aerobics teaching in agricultural colleges and universities,this paper got the conclusion that our students came to "love aerobics but not aerobic class."?Therefore,in the teaching of aerobics,the using of basic calisthenics and dynamic exercises,small group learning and awareness of the meaning of physical fitness and other factors to change the course of the organization,would make students really interact and participate in aerobics teaching.?The set of a different hierarchy and re-evaluation of team spirit would make students have access to psychological identity,and thereby enhancing the quality of teaching.
