针对平朔公司井工一矿9004工作面存在煤层厚度大、采空区遗煤多、采用均压通风、工作面设备多等问题,本文提出了工作面停采、工作面回撤以及采空区封闭后的主要防灭火技术措施。为了提高易燃厚煤层超长孤岛综放工作面在终呆和回撤期间的防火安全,根据煤自然发火防治理论和孤岛综放工作面自燃特点,提出了全工作面支架壁后铺设风筒布堵漏防灭火技术,研究了快速回撤工艺,开发出快速装卸平台,从而大大增加了终采和回撤期间的安全性,为安全生产提供了保障。
針對平朔公司井工一礦9004工作麵存在煤層厚度大、採空區遺煤多、採用均壓通風、工作麵設備多等問題,本文提齣瞭工作麵停採、工作麵迴撤以及採空區封閉後的主要防滅火技術措施。為瞭提高易燃厚煤層超長孤島綜放工作麵在終呆和迴撤期間的防火安全,根據煤自然髮火防治理論和孤島綜放工作麵自燃特點,提齣瞭全工作麵支架壁後鋪設風筒佈堵漏防滅火技術,研究瞭快速迴撤工藝,開髮齣快速裝卸平檯,從而大大增加瞭終採和迴撤期間的安全性,為安全生產提供瞭保障。

In order to avoid the happening of the many problems to mine with all kinds of loss, it can be find many ways to salve those problems in the thesis. Through theoretical study and practical exploration, it achieves good results, and ensures the smooth face retracemently, and guidance to face the retracement Pressure Ventilation with reference. It accumulates valuable experience for the problem of Face Pressure to Withdraw caving and also it provides a way and experience to solve similar problems for other mines. Greatly improved the safety of the Past of the end of the period, and provides the guarantee for safe production.
