用溶胶-凝胶法制备WO3-TiO2复合粉体光催化剂,以甲基橙光催化降解率作为指标,采用正交实验法对光催化剂的制备条件WO3掺杂量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间3个因素进行优选。研究结果表明:因素的影响顺序为WO3掺杂量〉焙烧温度〉焙烧时间,WO3-TiO2复合粉体光催化剂的最佳制备条件为:钨酸钠加入量X(WO3)=2%,焙烧时间5h,焙烧温度600℃。

TiO2-WO3 composite catalyst was prepared by Sol-gel method. The photocatalytic activity of the catalyst was investigated for photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange. Synthesis conditions of TiO2-WO3 composite catalyst were optimized by amount of dopped WO3, calcining temperature and time by orthogonal test. Results show that the influencing factors were amount of dopped WO3 〉 calcining temperature 〉 calcining time. Conclusion : The photodegradation activity of TiO2-WO3 with X ( WO3 ) = 2% and calcined at 600℃ for 9 hour is the best.
