为了降低斜齿圆柱齿轮精确成形力,在对闭式墩挤成形齿轮分析和分流锻造原理的基础上,提出了双向可控镦挤成形工艺方案,并用有限元软件Deform-3D对此工艺的成形过程进行了数值模拟分析.模拟结果表明:与传统的闭式模锻相比,可明显降低成形力,是适用于斜齿圆柱齿轮精确成形的有效工艺方案.
為瞭降低斜齒圓柱齒輪精確成形力,在對閉式墩擠成形齒輪分析和分流鍛造原理的基礎上,提齣瞭雙嚮可控鐓擠成形工藝方案,併用有限元軟件Deform-3D對此工藝的成形過程進行瞭數值模擬分析.模擬結果錶明:與傳統的閉式模鍛相比,可明顯降低成形力,是適用于斜齒圓柱齒輪精確成形的有效工藝方案.

In order to decrease precision forming force of helical gear,at the base of analyzing closed-die forming and the theory of divided flow,a method of precision forming process for helical gear is developed,which is two direction control upsetting-extrusion.The FEM simulation software-deform-3D is used to simulate the forming process in detail.The results show that,compared with closed-die forming,the forming force is decreased evidently by this method which is an effective forming process for helical gear.
