高校的专业是人才培养的平台和载体,本科应用型人才具有理论基础扎实、专业知识面广、实践能力强、综合素质高的特点。本文根据种子产业发展趋势、种业人才需求、学生发展要求和学校自身条件,对安徽科技学院种子科学与工程专业本科应用型人才的培养目标进行重新定位,并对培养策略问题进行了探讨,希望能求教于该专业的利益相关者。

Universities majors were the platform and carrier for culture of the talent. Applied talent was charac- teristic of solid theoretical foundation, extensive professional knowledge, practical ability, and high comprehen- sive quality. On the basis of seed industry development trend, seed demand for talent, development requirements of students, and conditions the school, we amended training objectives and investigated the training strategies for seed science and engineering. And we help to ask stakeholder for advice.
