以尿素为N源、以钛酸四丁酯和乙醇为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备N掺杂TiO_2,并用浸渍法将TiO_2负载于粒状活性炭上,通过烧结制成N-TiO_2/AC光催化剂.并利用TG-DTA、XRD、BET对催化剂的结构、尺寸等特征进行分析和表征,同时考察了亚甲基蓝溶液初始浓度、催化剂用量、亚甲基蓝溶液pH值、催化剂负载次数对N-TiO_2/AC光催化剂在可见光下降解亚甲基蓝的影响.其结果表明负载于活性炭上的N-TiO_2平均粒径约为9.3nm,晶型为锐钛矿型,其比表面积为746.9m~2/g.最佳条件下在亚甲基蓝溶液初始浓度为100mg/L、制备催化剂用量为0.4g,亚甲基蓝溶液pH值为1.0时,经100W钨灯5h照射后,亚甲基蓝的去除率为91.43%, 相同条件下比N-TiO_2和纯TiO_2催化剂活性分别提高了2.580倍和65.31倍.
以尿素為N源、以鈦痠四丁酯和乙醇為原料,採用溶膠凝膠法製備N摻雜TiO_2,併用浸漬法將TiO_2負載于粒狀活性炭上,通過燒結製成N-TiO_2/AC光催化劑.併利用TG-DTA、XRD、BET對催化劑的結構、呎吋等特徵進行分析和錶徵,同時攷察瞭亞甲基藍溶液初始濃度、催化劑用量、亞甲基藍溶液pH值、催化劑負載次數對N-TiO_2/AC光催化劑在可見光下降解亞甲基藍的影響.其結果錶明負載于活性炭上的N-TiO_2平均粒徑約為9.3nm,晶型為銳鈦礦型,其比錶麵積為746.9m~2/g.最佳條件下在亞甲基藍溶液初始濃度為100mg/L、製備催化劑用量為0.4g,亞甲基藍溶液pH值為1.0時,經100W鎢燈5h照射後,亞甲基藍的去除率為91.43%, 相同條件下比N-TiO_2和純TiO_2催化劑活性分彆提高瞭2.580倍和65.31倍.

N-doped TiO_2 photocatalysts were fabricated by mixing tetrabutyl titanate with urea in ethanol and water by sol-gel method, and immobilized to granular activated carbon by coating. The prepared N-TiO_2/AC was characterized by XRD, TG-DTA,FT-IR,BET. The effect of various experimental parameters on the photocatalytic activity of N-TiO_2/AC photocatalysts were investigated, which involved loading times, N-TiO_2/AC amount, pH value of methylene blue, and initial concentration of Methylene blue. The results showed that the optimal condition include loading three times, N-TiO_2/AC amount 0.4g, pH value of methylene blue 1, initial concentration of Methylene blue 100mg/L.The sample has anatase crystal structure and the medial diameter is about 9.3nm,BET is about 746.86m~2/g.The photocatalytic ability showed that over 91.43% methylence blue could be degraded after 5h reaction under visible light, and the degradation rate is 65.31 times compared to pure TiO_2, 2.58 times compared to N-TiO_2 in the same condition.
