利用4对AFLP引物首次对我国北方沿海主要的6个栉孔扇贝养殖区的自然采苗群体进行了遗传多样性分析,共扩增得到191条清晰带谱,其中175条具有多态性.对各群体进行遗传多样性分析,结果表明各群体均具有较高的遗传多样性水平,香农式多样性指数在0.347 4~0.391 7之间.AMOVA结果表明遗传变异主要来源于群体内,占总遗传变异的87.22%.个体聚类结果表明,烟台、长岛、大连3个群体的个体聚在一起,可看做1个群体;而荣成群体的个体单独聚在一起,具有独立的遗传结构;胶南和日照的一部分个体聚在一起,其他大部分各群体单独聚在一起;推测是海洋环境和人工养殖影响的共同结果.

The AFLP technique was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 6 natural populations of Zhikong scallop(Chlamys farreri) from the main cultured zones along the northern coastline of China. Based on 4 pairs of primers, 191 clear and repeated DNA fragments were generated, of which 175 were polymorphic. The genetic diversity analysis of the populations showed high levels of genetic diversity of 6 populations, and the Shannon's genetic diversity index varied from 0.347 4 to 0.391 7. The AMOVA(analyzing molecular varaiance) analysis indicated 87.22% viaration were within populations. The phylogeny tree showed that the individuals of Rongcheng clustered together, and had formed its own dependent genetic structure. The Dalian, Changdao and Yantai populations formed a cluster that could be regarded as one population. Most of the individuals of Jiaonan and Rizhao populations clustered respectively, but a few individuals clustered together. The structure of the populations of Zhikong scallop along the nortern coastline of China may have resulted from the oceanic environment and the interference of artificial culture.
