分析了剩余活性污泥的超声脱水情况.研究了处理时间、电功率、pH值和絮凝剂在超声作用下的污泥脱水情况.结果表明:污泥的脱水应在低功率(以50 W为例)、短时间(7 min)内进行,最高的脱水率(相对于未超声而言)可增加约16%.酸性污泥有利于超声脱水,且先超声处理再将污泥调成酸性,污泥脱水率最高可达23%(相对于原污泥).絮凝剂和超声也有利于污泥脱水,但脱水率仅为16%.

분석료잉여활성오니적초성탈수정황.연구료처리시간、전공솔、pH치화서응제재초성작용하적오니탈수정황.결과표명:오니적탈수응재저공솔(이50 W위례)、단시간(7 min)내진행,최고적탈수솔(상대우미초성이언)가증가약16%.산성오니유리우초성탈수,차선초성처리재장오니조성산성,오니탈수솔최고가체23%(상대우원오니).서응제화초성야유리우오니탈수,단탈수솔부위16%.
The dewatering of residual activated sludge are investigated by ultrasound and the sludge dewatering ratio is obtained at low electric power(50 W)and short time(7 min).The best dewatering is increased by 16%(compared with without ultrasound treated).Acid sludge after ultrasound treatment is favorable to dewatering and the best dewatering is increased 23%(compared with that of the rude sludge).Polyacry lamide(PAM) and ultrasound are favorable to dewatering,but the dewatering ratio is only 16%.
