针对目前单缸柴油机由于没有安装副油箱或者油量指示装置,实用中因为没有及时给柴油机补充燃油而导致气堵现象发生,设计研究了农用柴油机自动提醒加油油箱,也就是在原有普通单缸柴油机油箱的基础上设计了浮子筒结构和控制装置。设计的控制装置采用普通6V电源单独供电、数字电路检测报警,在发动机还有一定量剩油的情况下,通过指示灯显示和蜂鸣器报警提醒用户及时补充燃油,并通过实验证明该装置能够满足需要。研究成果对农用柴油机油箱的设计也具有一定的指导意义。

Aiming at the fact that the single cylinder diesel engine does not have the auxiliary tank or the oil mass indicating device,it may cause the gas-bound phenomenon easily because there is not the fuel oil supplement promptly to the diesel engine. It carries on the agriculture diesel engine to refuel the fuel tank design research with automatic reminder,designs the float tube structure and the control device in the oil tank foundation of original ordinary single cylinder diesel engine. The control device uses the ordinary 6V power source alone to supply power,the digital circuit examination alarm,also has the ration in the engine to remain the oil in the situation,through the indicating lamp and the buzzer alarm the reminder user to supplement the fuel oil promptly. The research results also have certain guiding sense to the design of the tank in the agricultural diesel engine.
