针对南水北调引水渠工程建设对渠道采用机械化衬砌的需求,通过分析渠道混凝土表面振动碾压密实机理,开发出了一种大型渠道混凝土衬砌振动碾压成型机.设备主要有行走升降机构,主体桁架,衬砌小车及行走轨道,自动控制系统等部分组成.可一次完成渠道混凝土振捣密实、碾压成型等工作,自动完成对斜坡、坡脚、坡肩的衬砌.设备和国外先进设备相比,本设备结构简单,性价比高,适应性强,整机技术居国际领先水平,很好的满足了南水北调工程建设的要求.

In order to satisfy the requirements of mechanized lining in the south-to-North Water Transfer Project, it developed a concrete lining forming machines using large vibratory roller compacted technology after analysis the channel compacting mechanism of roller compacted concrete surface vibration. This equipment composes of walking lifting bodies,the main trusses,lining trolley and walking tracks,and some other automatic control system. It can finish the vibration of concrete channels at 1 compact and rolling molding, and can auto-complete on slopes, slope foot, slope shoulder lining.
