根据<城市抗震防灾规划标准>报批稿从抗震防灾的角度对城市居住规划方案评价方法进行研究,建立了基于层次分析法(AHP)的多指标综合评价方法.该方法首先对居住区规划中主要的影响因素进行归纳分类,建立了递阶层次结构的评价指标体系;然后通过数据调查和处理利用层次分析法确定各个评价指标的权重系数;最后根据各指标评分加权求和后总得分的高低来判定居住区规划方案的优劣.

The evaluation method for urban residential areas planning is researched,which is called Multi-Index Comprehensive Evaluation (MCE), in view of seismic resistance and hazardous prevention (SRHP) according to the draft of Technical Standard for Urban Planning on SRHP. In MCE, the index system with hierarchy structure is firstly proposed based on the analysis and classification of the primary influence factors in residential areas planning. Furthermore, the weight coefficients of indexes are calculated by AHP approach on the basis of survey data, and then the final evaluation conclusions about planning can be drawn referring to the scores resulting from weight sum of every evaluation index.
