铝硼合金经碱溶后,加硝酸酸化处理,加内标元素钇消除物理因素的影响.标准曲线通过加入铝基体校正基体效应的干扰,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对铝硼合金中硼、硅、铁进行了分析.测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于2%(n=11),加标回收率在98.75~102.50%.
鋁硼閤金經堿溶後,加硝痠痠化處理,加內標元素釔消除物理因素的影響.標準麯線通過加入鋁基體校正基體效應的榦擾,用電感耦閤等離子體髮射光譜法對鋁硼閤金中硼、硅、鐵進行瞭分析.測定結果的相對標準偏差均小于2%(n=11),加標迴收率在98.75~102.50%.

Aluminium boron alloy dissolved by sodium hydroxide,add nitric acid to acidification ,add internal standard element yttrium to eliminate the influence of physical factor, Standard curve by adding a-luminous matrix would correct the disturbance of matrix effect, boron, silicon and iron of aluminium boron alloy was analyzed by ICP-AES. values of RSD, s(n=11) less than 2% were obtained,results of the re-covery tests were in the range of 98.75~102.50%.
