目的 调查不同学历护士婚姻质量的状况.方法 采用整群抽样方法,对哈尔滨市2所三级甲等医院的1250名护士进行Olson婚姻质量问卷调查.结果 本组护士的婚姻满意度得分为(33.28±5.42)分,低于美国常模(37.04±7.03)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-10.94,P<0.05),婚姻质量的其他9项因子得分均低于美国常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);本科学历护士婚姻满意度得分(32.42±6.23)分低于大专学历护士(36.24±6.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-18.34,P<0.05),高于中专学历护士得分(31.20±5.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.96,P<0.05);大专学历护士婚姻满意度得分比较差异也有统计学意义(t=32.05,P<0.05);不同学历护士其他9项婚姻质量因子得分的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护士的婚姻质量整体偏低,不同学历护士的婚姻质量也有所不同,管理部门应根据护士的教育程度开展心理咨询和婚姻指导,改善护理人员的婚姻质量,进而提高护士的生活质量和护理工作质量.

Objective To investigate marital quality of nurses with different education background in order to provide evidence for marriage guidance and scientific management.Methods 1250 nurses from two grade-three class-A hospitals in Harbin were surveyed by means of Olson Marriage Quality Questionnaire.Results Average score of marital satisfaction of the subjects(33.28±5.42) was lower than American norm(37.04±7.03), and the difference was statistically significant (t=-10.94,P<0.05). The scores of the other 9 factors were lower than American norm as well (P<0.05 for all). Nurses with bachelor's degree scored (32.42±6.23) in marital satisfaction, significantly lower (t=-18.34,P<0.05) than those with junior college degree (36.24±6.35), while significantly higher (t=6.96,P<0.05) than those with technical secondary school degree(31.20±5.38). The was also significant difference of marital satisfaction in nurses with junior college degree (t=32.05,P<0.05). Significant differences were found among nurses of different education background in the other 9 factors of marital quality.Conclusions Marital quality of nurses remains to be further enhanced. Nurses of different education background differ in marital quality. Psychological counseling and marriage guidance should be carried out for nurses based on different education background, so as to better their marital quality and improve quality of life and work.
