目的 观察将在体记录扩散性抑制的电生理学方法 应用于局灶性脑缺血后远隔缺血区(海马)的电生理学改变.方法 采用局部给予3 mol/L高浓度氯化钾溶液,光化学血栓形成局灶性脑缺血模型和大脑中动脉栓塞局灶性脑缺血模型诱导扩散性抑制;抑制组预先30 min腹腔注射MK-801(0.2 mg/100 g);将记录电极加以改良置入海马记录细胞外直流电位变化.结果 诱导组记录到幅度约10~30 mV,时程大于1~2 min的扩散性抑制波,抑制组未记录到SD波.并观察到大脑中动脉栓塞脑缺血模型诱导的海马扩散性抑制波.结论 SD波可能参与MCAO模型中海马远隔效应的发生.

목적 관찰장재체기록확산성억제적전생이학방법 응용우국조성뇌결혈후원격결혈구(해마)적전생이학개변.방법 채용국부급여3 mol/L고농도록화갑용액,광화학혈전형성국조성뇌결혈모형화대뇌중동맥전새국조성뇌결혈모형유도확산성억제;억제조예선30 min복강주사MK-801(0.2 mg/100 g);장기록전겁가이개량치입해마기록세포외직류전위변화.결과 유도조기록도폭도약10~30 mV,시정대우1~2 min적확산성억제파,억제조미기록도SD파.병관찰도대뇌중동맥전새뇌결혈모형유도적해마확산성억제파.결론 SD파가능삼여MCAO모형중해마원격효응적발생.
Objective By applying the electrophysiologieal recording method of spreading depression(SD)in vivo to study the electrophysiologieal changes in the region remote from ischemia area of focal cerebral isehemia.Methods SD waves were elicited by 3 moL/L high concentration potassium chloride solution,photochemical thrombotic focal cerebral ischemia and midge eerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)cerebral isehemia.In the irdlibited group,MK-801(0.2 mg every 100 g body weight)was intraperitoneally pre-injected.The Ag/AsCl recording electrode was modified and applied to eleetrophysiological study in hippocampus of MCAO model.Results SD waves with an amplitude of about 10-30 mV and a duration of more than 1 min were reeoMed in the induced group and no SD wave was detected in the inhibited group.SD was proved to exist in hippocampus after MCAO isehemia.Condmioil SD may phy a part in remote effects of hippocampus in MCAO rats.
