在室温下用溶胶-凝胶(sol_gel)法制备了WO3_SiO2复合薄膜,通过改变氢气体积分数、催化剂浓度及热处理温度等实验因素,对薄膜的气致变色性能进行了测试.实验结果表明,将铂以K2PtCl4形式掺入WO3_SiO2混合溶胶中进行提拉成膜,经适当的热处理后可以获得性能稳定且具有良好气致变色性能的优质薄膜.
在室溫下用溶膠-凝膠(sol_gel)法製備瞭WO3_SiO2複閤薄膜,通過改變氫氣體積分數、催化劑濃度及熱處理溫度等實驗因素,對薄膜的氣緻變色性能進行瞭測試.實驗結果錶明,將鉑以K2PtCl4形式摻入WO3_SiO2混閤溶膠中進行提拉成膜,經適噹的熱處理後可以穫得性能穩定且具有良好氣緻變色性能的優質薄膜.

The composite thin films of WO3_SiO2 were prepared by the sol_gel method at room temperature. By changing the volume fraction of H2, the concentration of catalyst and the temperature of heat treatment, the colorimetric properties of the gasochromic thin films were tested. It is indicated that the gasochromic films doped with K2PtCl4 catalyst exhibit good colorimetric properties and stable performance with proper heat treatment.
