采用熔融预聚二步法合成了以环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃无规共聚醚和聚乙二醇混合聚醚为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和1,4-丁二醇为硬段的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,利用TEM、WAXD、DSC对聚合物进行了表征,并测试了其力学性能。结果表明,聚合物具有微相分离的特征,随着聚乙二醇分子量的增大,微相分离程度增加,拉伸强度和延伸率也随着增加。当PEG分子量为4000时,聚合物的综合性能达到最优。
採用鎔融預聚二步法閤成瞭以環氧乙烷-四氫呋喃無規共聚醚和聚乙二醇混閤聚醚為軟段,異彿爾酮二異氰痠酯和1,4-丁二醇為硬段的熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體,利用TEM、WAXD、DSC對聚閤物進行瞭錶徵,併測試瞭其力學性能。結果錶明,聚閤物具有微相分離的特徵,隨著聚乙二醇分子量的增大,微相分離程度增加,拉伸彊度和延伸率也隨著增加。噹PEG分子量為4000時,聚閤物的綜閤性能達到最優。
채용용융예취이보법합성료이배양을완-사경부남무규공취미화취을이순혼합취미위연단,이불이동이이청산지화1,4-정이순위경단적열소성취안지탄성체,이용TEM、WAXD、DSC대취합물진행료표정,병측시료기역학성능。결과표명,취합물구유미상분리적특정,수착취을이순분자량적증대,미상분리정도증가,랍신강도화연신솔야수착증가。당PEG분자량위4000시,취합물적종합성능체도최우。
The properties and morphology of segmented polyether thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers consisting of EO/THF copolyether and polyethelene glycol(PEG) as the soft segments and isophorone diisocyanate extended with 1,4-butanediol as the hard segments were studied by means of tensile testing, TEM, WAXD and DSC. The results show that the TPUs have typical microphase separation which increases with PEG molecular weight increasing, as well as the stress and strain. When PEG with a molecular weight of 4000 is used, the integrative properties of TPU are optimum.
