The paper presents the SiC rotor and its manufacturing process and points out that using SiC head-quality graphite axle for replacing graphite rotor is an effective method for prolonging service life of the rotor in the zinc vapor condensing system. In addition, it discusses the factors that affect the service life of the rotor.
