中原油田的气田(藏)属断块气田(藏),地质条件复杂,开发和稳产难度大。文章根据中原油田的特点,开展了配套采气工艺技术的研究和现场应用,使采气工艺得到不断完善,采气工艺水平有了较大发展。并形成了以水力加砂压裂为主要手段的储层改造技术;以化排、气举、小油管、机抽、气井工作制度优化为主要内容的排水采气工艺技术;以高低压分输、井下节流、地面增温、油管防腐为主的地面管网改造技术,地层、井筒、地面相互配套的采气工艺技术系列等,同时对不同生产阶段、不同压力、出水量的气田的采气工艺进行研究和选择,满足了不同阶段采气工艺的需要,较好地解决了影响气田开发的难题,保证气田(藏)的高产稳产,进一步提高了气藏的最终采收率。

The gas fields (reservoirs) in Zhongyuan Oil Field belong in fault-block ones with complex geological conditions and they are difficult to be stably developed.According to the characteristics of Zhongyuan Oil Field,the research and on-the-spot application of a complete set of gas production technology have been carried out,which makes the gas production technology be improved unceasingly and the level of gas production technology be raised greatly.These techniques include:the reservoir stimulation technique taking hydraulic sand fracturing as the major measure;the drainage gas recovery technique taking the chemical water draining,gas lifting,small oilpipe,mechanical pumping and gas-well operation mode optimization as the major contents;the surface pipe network reforming technique taking the high-low pressure fractional transporting,downhole throttling,surface adding temperature and tubing corrosion control as the main projects;and the gas production technological system of strata-wellbore-surface assemblage,etc.At the same time,the research and choice have been done for the gas production technology of the gas fields with different producing stages,pressures and water production rates,so as to meet the needs for gas production technology in different stages,thus well solving the difficulty of affecting gas field development,ensuring the high-production and stable-production for gas field (reservoir) and further enhancing the ultimate recovery factor of gas reservoir.
