目的观察派瑞松霜治疗皮炎湿疹的疗效、耐受性及不良反应。方法 60例患者来自门诊和住院病人，男55例，女5例。年龄14～87岁，平均71.1±15.1岁；病程2天～20年，平均9.5±25.1月。每日2次外用派瑞松霜涂于患处，每周随访1次，共3周。结果治愈33例(55.0％)，显效16例(26.7％)，好转4例(6.6％)，无效7例(11.7％)。总有效率为81.7％，未发现不良反应。结论派瑞松霜是治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的安全、有效药物。
목적관찰파서송상치료피염습진적료효、내수성급불량반응。방법 60례환자래자문진화주원병인，남55례，녀5례。년령14～87세，평균71.1±15.1세；병정2천～20년，평균9.5±25.1월。매일2차외용파서송상도우환처，매주수방1차，공3주。결과치유33례(55.0％)，현효16례(26.7％)，호전4례(6.6％)，무효7례(11.7％)。총유효솔위81.7％，미발현불량반응。결론파서송상시치료피염습진류피부병적안전、유효약물。
Objective To observe the effect and safety to Pevisone cream on patients with dermatitis and eczema. Methods Sixty cases from the clinic and inpatient were treated with Pevisone cream twice a day followed-up once a week and ended in the three weeks. Results 33 cases(55% ) were cured,all effective rate was up to 81.7%. No one had side-effect. Conclusion Pevisone cream is effective, safe remedy to patients with dermatitis and eczema, especially for basic clinic and hospital.
