丙醛是重要的精细化工产品,它的工业化生产大多采用乙烯氢甲酰化反应催化合成,其中催化剂体系的选择是合成工艺和技术的关键。本文综述了采用均相催化剂、均相固载化催化剂以及多相催化剂催化合成丙醛的研究成果。不同的催化剂在活性、选择性、稳定性等方面各有特点,而多相催化剂由于其稳定性好、易于分离等特点将成为今后该领域的重要研究方向。

Propanal is an important fine chemicals, and the hydroformylation of ethane to propanal by catalytic synthesis is its commercial production process. The selection of catalyst system is the key of synthetic technique and technology. Recent development in hydroformylation of ethene to propanal by catalytic synthesis is introduced in this paper. Research results of catalytic synthesis propanal by homogeneous catalysts, immobilized homogeneous catalysts and heterogeneous catalysts are also reviewed. These results show that different catalysts have their own properties on activity, selectivity and stability and etc. However the research of heterogeneous catalysts featuring good stability and easy separation and etc. will become an important research tendency in this field.
