研究了由工业二乙烯苯聚合得到的大孔树脂进行氯甲基化的可行性,考察了聚合物孔结构催化剂用量、反应温度和时间等因素对氯甲基化反应的影响,由氯甲基化树脂制备了强极性季铵基吸附剂。并研究了合成的季铵基吸附剂对甜叶菊提取物中甜菊甙及色素的吸附-脱附性能,发现该吸附剂对甜菊甙与色素的吸附-脱附性能完全不同,因而可用该吸附剂制备高品质的甜菊甙。
研究瞭由工業二乙烯苯聚閤得到的大孔樹脂進行氯甲基化的可行性,攷察瞭聚閤物孔結構催化劑用量、反應溫度和時間等因素對氯甲基化反應的影響,由氯甲基化樹脂製備瞭彊極性季銨基吸附劑。併研究瞭閤成的季銨基吸附劑對甜葉菊提取物中甜菊甙及色素的吸附-脫附性能,髮現該吸附劑對甜菊甙與色素的吸附-脫附性能完全不同,因而可用該吸附劑製備高品質的甜菊甙。

The feasibility of chloromethylation of macroporous resin madefrom technical divinylbenzene was studied. The factors that effect the chloromethylating reaction, such as the pore structure of the resin, the reaction condition and so on were investigated. Strongly basic adsorbents with quaternary ammonium group were prepared from the chloromethylated resin. The adsorbents with quaternary ammonium group possess definitely different adsorption-desorption property for stevia glycosides and coloring matters in the extract of stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni, and the adsorbents can be used to produce stevia glycosides with high quality.
