目的研究系统性红斑狼疮病人临床特征和免疫学改变，探讨免疫学指标与狼疮活动相关性。方法研究114例狼疮活动期病人在治疗前后临床改变及免疫指标变化。结果肾脏损害占63%，血液系统损害占68.4%，抗ANA、dsDNA、Sm抗体与狼疮活动呈正相关(r=0.71，P＜0.01；r=0.81，P＜0.001；r=0.64，P＜0.05)，浆膜及神经系统损害，男性明显高于女性。结论抗ANA、dsDNA、Sm抗体、C3对判断狼疮活动及疗效有重要的临床意义，与狼疮活动有明显的相关性。
목적연구계통성홍반랑창병인림상특정화면역학개변，탐토면역학지표여랑창활동상관성。방법연구114례랑창활동기병인재치료전후림상개변급면역지표변화。결과신장손해점63%，혈액계통손해점68.4%，항ANA、dsDNA、Sm항체여랑창활동정정상관(r=0.71，P＜0.01；r=0.81，P＜0.001；r=0.64，P＜0.05)，장막급신경계통손해，남성명현고우녀성。결론항ANA、dsDNA、Sm항체、C3대판단랑창활동급료효유중요적림상의의，여랑창활동유명현적상관성。
Objective　To explore the relationship between immunologic indices and the lupus active conditions in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Method　Clinical and immunologic changes before and after treatment were observed in 114 patients with SLE in active stage.Results　The incidence of renal damage was 63% and that of blood system damage was 68.4%.A positive correlation existed between the lupus active condition and the serum ANA,dsDNA，Sm(r=0.71,P＜0.01；r=0.81，P＜0.001；r=0.61，P＜0.05).Damages of serous membrane and nervous system were heavier significantly in male patients than those in female patients.Conclusion　ANA,dsDNA as well as Sm,C3 can provide significant information for identifying lupus activity and guiding clinical treatment.Statistically significant correlation exists between lupus activity and ANA,dsDNA,Sm,C3.
