The porous fibroin membrane can be prepared byfreeze-drying,whose average pore diameter can be re-gulated within the range of 10-300μm,in which the fibroin structure is mainly amorphous only with a little fibroin II. Due to the good biocompatibility of this membrane,the cuticle cell of human can be cultivated in it,also the capillary vessel and the fibroblast can grow in it.
