应用SEM、EDAX观察分析了烧结NdFeB磁体金属Ni镀层麻点、洼坑等缺陷处的基体显微组织,发现镀层缺陷部位磁体显微组织皆为异常粗大晶粒区。从磁体制造工艺角度讨论了镀层缺陷产生的原因,提出了避免镀层缺陷的途径。
應用SEM、EDAX觀察分析瞭燒結NdFeB磁體金屬Ni鍍層痳點、窪坑等缺陷處的基體顯微組織,髮現鍍層缺陷部位磁體顯微組織皆為異常粗大晶粒區。從磁體製造工藝角度討論瞭鍍層缺陷產生的原因,提齣瞭避免鍍層缺陷的途徑。

Microstructural analysis has been performed of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets with Ni Plating by means of SEM and EDAX techniques. Experimental results show that abnormally large grains exist in the areas of magnets corresponding to plating defects such as pits. The cause of the formation of plating defects is investigated in the view of production process of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets, and measures are proposed to avoid such plating defects.
