目的探讨邳州市居民食管癌发病危险因素及保护因素。方法1∶1病例对照研究方法对103例患者及对照作调查研究,应用条件Logistic回归分析技术推断其发病影响因素。结果食管癌发病与下列6因素关系密切:进食速度快(OR=3.96)、胃病史(OR=3.06)、吸烟史(OR=2.82)、精神刺激(OR=2.77)、嗜腌菜(OR=1.57)、霉制食品(OR=1.35),而食用大蒜(OR=0.53)为其保护因素。结论不同地区食管癌流行因素相异,其预防措施也应具有适应和针对性。

Objective To explore the risk factors and preventive factors ofesophageal cancer in Pizhou city.Methods A 1∶1 case-control study on 103 cases of esophageal cancer and 103 matched controls was conducted,Fitting-conditional Logistic model multivariate analysis was used to infer the influence factors.Results It was shown that asophageal cancer was closely related to the six factors:fast food intaking speed(OR=3.96),history of stomach diseases(OR=3.06),history of smoke(OR=2.82),mental irritation(OR=2.77),pickled vegetables(OR=1.57),mildewed foods(OR=1.35).However,the intake of garlic(OR=0.54) may reduce the risk of esophageal cancer.Conclusion Epidemiological factors of esophageal cancer were various in different areas,the preventive measures should be appropriate and pertinent.
