目的与方法：体外培养大鼠系膜细胞，以脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)刺激后，分别加入补肾活血泄浊汤有效成分川芎嗪、大黄素、灵芝多糖，应用Northern杂交技术，观察上述几种中药有效成分对系膜细胞IL-6基因表达的影响，以探讨补肾活血泄浊汤治疗肾小球肾炎的机制。结果：川芎嗪、大黄素、灵芝多糖均可抑制IL-6基因的表达，以大黄素最为显著。结论：结果提示补肾活血泄浊汤可能通过抑制IL-6基因的表达，从而减轻系膜细胞增生。
목적여방법：체외배양대서계막세포，이지다당(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)자격후，분별가입보신활혈설탁탕유효성분천궁진、대황소、령지다당，응용Northern잡교기술，관찰상술궤충중약유효성분대계막세포IL-6기인표체적영향，이탐토보신활혈설탁탕치료신소구신염적궤제。결과：천궁진、대황소、령지다당균가억제IL-6기인적표체，이대황소최위현저。결론：결과제시보신활혈설탁탕가능통과억제IL-6기인적표체，종이감경계막세포증생。
AIM and METHODS: Cultured mesangial cells were stimulated bylipopolysaccharide(LPS), then were treated with some valid components in BUSHENHUOXUEXIEZHUOTANG: emodin, ligustrazine and ganoderma polysaccharide. The effects of these components on interleukin-6(IL-6) mRNA expression in mesangial cells were identified by Northern hybridization. RESULTS: Emodin, ligustrazine and ganoderma polysaccharide inhibited LPS-induced IL-6 gene expression in mesangial cells.CONCLUSION: BUSHENHUOXUEXIEZHUOTANG may relieve mesangial cells proliferation by inhibiting IL-6 mRNA expression.
