目的：研究下颌骨形态和行径。方法：利用50例离体下颌骨数字成像曲面断层X线片结合离体下颌骨进[摘要]目的：研究下颌骨形态和行径。方法：利用50例离体下颌骨数字成像曲面断层X线片结合离体下颌骨进行测量。结果：测得颏孔位置，下颌孔位置及下颌管位置和行径。结论：下颌数字成像曲面断层X线片可较好地反映下颌管位置和行径，有较高的临床参考价值。

목적：연구하합골형태화행경。방법：이용50례리체하합골수자성상곡면단층X선편결합리체하합골진[적요]목적：연구하합골형태화행경。방법：이용50례리체하합골수자성상곡면단층X선편결합리체하합골진행측량。결과：측득해공위치，하합공위치급하합관위치화행경。결론：하합수자성상곡면단층X선편가교호지반영하합관위치화행경，유교고적림상삼고개치。
Objective: To study the position and course of the mandibular canal. Methods:Measurements of the position and course of mandibular canal, were carried out on 50 mature mandibles, 39 being dentale and 11 edentale, and digital image of orthopanotomographical pictures were taken. Results: 1.Position of the mental foramen.2. Position of the mandibular foramen. 3. Position and course of the mandibular canal were obtained. Conclusion: Measurement of the position and course of mandibular canal with digital image of orthopanotomography is simple and accurate for directing clinical diagnosis and treatment.
