为探讨脑卒中发病的时间性规律，对1997年1月-1999年12月在我院神经内科住院的931例脑卒中病人资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果表明：脑卒中病人发病有明显的时间性变化。脑梗死发病的时间性变化不明显，脑出血多发生于第1、第4季度。脑梗死病人中男性发病多在第1、第2季度，女性发病无时间性变化；脑出血病人发病的时间性男女无差异(P＞0.05)。提示：第1、第2、第4季度应加强自我保健，以减少脑卒中的发病率。

To probe into the seasonal regularity of the onset of cerebralapoplex y, data from all together 931 cases of cerebral apoplexy were retrospectively an d statistically analyzed. Patients admitted to the neurology department from Jan .1997 to Dec. 1999. Results showed that the onset of cerebral apoplexy had overt seasonal changes. The incidence of cerebral infarction had no remarkable seasonal change. Whereas, the cerebral hemorrhage was more often occurred in both firs t quarter(Jan～Mar) and fourth quarter(Sep～Dec). Among the cerebral infarction patients, male usu ally developed it in both first quarter and second quarter(Apr～Jun) but in female, ther e were no seasonal differences. T here were no significant seasonal differences in terms of cerebral hemorrhage on set (P>0.05). Suggested that in first quarter and fourth quarter, one should strengthen s elf-health-care. So that, the incidence of cerebral apoplexy can be decreased.
