在对文献〔1〕、〔2〕研究的基础上,针对手工洗涤方法的液外洗涤模式,将衣物置放在液面外的相关位置上,供给最佳量洗涤液,通过对团状衣物造成断续性形变运动的洗涤方式,实现高效能洗涤;按该模式设计与制造的“搓揉式洗涤方法与洗涤装置”(专利)样机,经洗涤试验在洗涤性能上取得了显著效果。在分析液外洗涤原理的基础上,讨论了最佳供液量的作用与直接施加间断性外力方法对洗涤性能的影响,并对液外洗涤模式各种潜力进行了分析。此项研究将为高性能、节水、环保型洗衣机的研究提供理论依据。

This research in based upon work found in papers 1 and 2 and employs the partial immersion washing method (PIWM) of hand-wash. This method involves the placing of clothes upon the liquid surface to provide an optimum quantity of water. This achieves a highly efficient wash as a result of the clustered clothes being subjected to an interrupted movement of deformation. Prototype washing machines, “the Rubbing Clean Method and Washing Devices” (patented), have been designed and manufactured to produce an improved cleansing effect.
This paper discusses the PIWM, specifically the roles of optimum liquid quantity and the intermittent application of a direct force upon the clothes. Further analysis focuses on the potential and applications of the PIWM washing method. The theoretical foundations necessary for the development of a high performance, water conserving and environmental protection washing machine have been built in the course of this research.
