从实用角度考察了钛酸钾晶须用于增强尼龙66 时晶须的偶联处理、造粒等对复合体系性能的影响。研究表明,硅烷偶联剂KH560对钛酸钾晶须-尼龙66体系偶联效果较好,最佳偶联剂用量为晶须的0.8%~1.0%(质量分数),相当于偶联剂在晶须表面以4分子层覆盖。湿法偶联效果较干法与迁移法好,但过程较繁,适宜于在晶须造粒时同时完成湿法偶联。造粒晶须对尼龙66的增强效果优于非造粒晶须,且加工中易于操作,避免了晶须使用时的粉尘飞扬。
從實用角度攷察瞭鈦痠鉀晶鬚用于增彊尼龍66 時晶鬚的偶聯處理、造粒等對複閤體繫性能的影響。研究錶明,硅烷偶聯劑KH560對鈦痠鉀晶鬚-尼龍66體繫偶聯效果較好,最佳偶聯劑用量為晶鬚的0.8%~1.0%(質量分數),相噹于偶聯劑在晶鬚錶麵以4分子層覆蓋。濕法偶聯效果較榦法與遷移法好,但過程較繁,適宜于在晶鬚造粒時同時完成濕法偶聯。造粒晶鬚對尼龍66的增彊效果優于非造粒晶鬚,且加工中易于操作,避免瞭晶鬚使用時的粉塵飛颺。

The effects of coupling and pelleting of potassium titanate whiskers on the properties of the whisker reinforced nylon 66 were studied . It was fou nd that the sil ane coupling content KH560 is relatively better for the composites. The optimal content of coupling agent is 0.8%~1.0% of whiskers, which corresponds to a four -lay er molecular coverage on the surface of whiskers. The wet coupling method is bet ter but more troublesome than the dry method and transfering method, and it can be c onveniently ca rried out during the pelleting of whiskers. And after the whiskers were treated by the wet coupling method and granulated with extrusion,the reinforced effects and the processibility of the whiskers were improved.
