用硅酸钠和硫酸铝制备了聚硅硫酸铝(PASS)混凝剂,应用于中原油田废水的混凝处理. 考察了硅铝配比、熟化时间、水样pH值和温度等因素对混凝性能的影响,并与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行比较. 结果表明PASS在降低悬浮物(SS)和总铁量、增大絮凝体的直径、加快沉降速度等方面均优于PFS和PAC,在常温下的混凝性能尤其显著.
用硅痠鈉和硫痠鋁製備瞭聚硅硫痠鋁(PASS)混凝劑,應用于中原油田廢水的混凝處理. 攷察瞭硅鋁配比、熟化時間、水樣pH值和溫度等因素對混凝性能的影響,併與聚閤硫痠鐵(PFS)、聚閤氯化鋁(PAC)進行比較. 結果錶明PASS在降低懸浮物(SS)和總鐵量、增大絮凝體的直徑、加快沉降速度等方麵均優于PFS和PAC,在常溫下的混凝性能尤其顯著.

With sodium silicate and aluminum sulfate, the coagulant ployaluminum silicate sulfate (PASS) was prepared, by which the oil-field wastewater was treated. The influences of the SiO2/Al molar ratio, the aging time of ASS, the pH and temperature of wastewater on the sedimentation property, special on the amount of residual iron were experimented. Experiments show that PASS has better performance than polyferric sulfate(PFS) and polyalumimun chloride(PAC) on removing the suspended substance(SS) and decreasing residual iron as well as on forming bigger floc and doubling sedimentation, especially at normal temperature.
